Zhechka Kalinova is an economist, founder and manager of Idein LTD. She has over 25 years of experience in project management and is a certified business analyst by the British Computer Society. The main areas of expertise include business idea formation, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, innovation management and business development. She has many years of experience in the field of regional development, as well as professional qualifications in this field. She has successfully developed and supported the implementation of dozens of programs and projects for private clients and administration, incl. in the field of green economy, artificial intelligence, geo-based information systems, innovation, Internet of Things, etc., funded by the EU, other international and national funds, bilateral programs, etc. Knows well the mechanisms by which they operate and you will be an indispensable assistant in choosing the most suitable financial instrument for you!

Katerina has more than 16 years of experience in project management. She has a master's degree in international economic relations and an information technology in management specialization.
Expert with significant experience as a leader of international teams, with excellent knowledge of various methods of project management, project budgeting, monitoring and control of management, team management, project planning. Her strengths are transnational and cross-border cooperation, initiating project ideas, developing projects, implementing, monitoring and evaluating.
Katerina was an expert in teams for developing strategic and program documents, marketing strategies and financial analysis.

Desislava Grozeva-Ivanova
Expert digital design
Desislava has more than 12 years of experience as a designer and expert, including graphic design, in line with the requirements of a number of EU programs. She holds a master's degree in engineering design. She magically translates words from international projects into shapes and colors. She has extensive experience in coordinating the visual identity of EU programs. She has also been a consultant in advertising agencies and also has experience in advertising reception of a daily newspaper. In the last 2 years her interests are mainly related to digital design and high technology, involved in the development, implementation and administration of websites, e-learning content and platforms, landing pages, graphic design of advertising campaigns, various electronic materials and more. Lawyer with more than 30 years of experience in commercial, labor, administrative, civil and contractual international law. He is well acquainted with and has established long-standing contacts with representatives of the construction, ICT and transport businesses in Portugal, as well as with local and regional authorities, urban planning agencies, environmental management, energy policy and climate.
For more than 20 years he has been assisting foreign companies in the implementation of their business projects in Portugal and Spain, in partnering with law firms from Barcelona and Madrid.
His main office is in Lisbon. Since 2014 he has been managing the local representative office of Idein LTD, initiating, coordinating and expanding our projects and our partner network on the Iberian Peninsula.
