The service also includes an assessment of the resources needed to implement the idea. Free of charge.
Consultations for preparation of a project proposal for financing - after presentation of a detailed price offer, with options for choosing the range of elements included in the service. It is prepared individually for each type and source of funding. Mandatory includes joint work with the client's team and consulting on the design of the project idea, according to the source of funding - BGN 500.
Preparation of project proposal and annexes - individual offer, depending on the client's selection for the individual elements of the service and the participation of the client's team in the process of project preparation / investment intention. The service includes consultations on issues arising in the evaluation process until the final decision of the funding party, incl. pitch deck presentations.
Starting price BGN 1,000.
Consultancy services for concluding a contract with the financing party, after approval and until the signing of the contract. Free of charge.
Legal advice during the preparation of documents for applying for funding, in the process of concluding the contract, during the implementation, incl. related to the conclusion of contracts with subcontractors, protection of intellectual property, commercial and legal relations, etc. Legal assistance in participating in tender procedures under the Public Procurement Act, incl. until the conclusion of a contract with successful participation. Negotiable.
Project management. An individual offer is prepared according to the specifics of the funding party and the complexity of the project activities requiring consulting intervention. Includes technical and financial management, incl. cash flow monitoring and support in the preparation of technical and financial reporting documents. Does not include accounting services! The service is not included in the package with the project / financial proposal development service, but is negotiated separately. The client has the right to assign the preparation of the project proposal / request for financing to Ideain EOOD, without being obliged to assign subsequent management. By agreement, but not less than 1000 BGN.
Providing current information on funding opportunities - grants, financial instruments, bank lending, etc. Free of charge against a subscription.
Consulting support for participation in procedures announced under the Public Procurement Act. The service covers the whole process of analyzing the requirements and capacity for participation, through the preparation of tender documents and consultations for the involvement of partners, incl. until the conclusion of the contract upon success. Negotiable.
Consulting for the creation of new products and services through the method of values proposition design. BGN 200 per hour. The number of sessions is negotiable.
